"I highly recommend Troy for many reasons. I needed to sell my condo asap for personal reasons and Troy made it happen within a week of being on the market. He walked me through the entire process, including giving me recommendations for moving companies and contractors. He made himself available to answer my many questions at anytime during the day or evening, if he was busy, he always called right back. My move was very emotional and he was empathetic and listened kindly. He even got me a closing gift for my new house. It’s very clear he’s a great human being who is in real estate to help people. I am going to use him for helping my parents move and highly recommend him if you want an experienced realtor with heart!"

He assisted me in getting the house ready to sell, offered professional advice to sell quickly and even worked with my mortgage company making things easier for me. My home sold quick and and made sure my offer was sufficient for me. From start to finish Troy was in constant contact with me making sure I was well informed of what was required from me.
